[SOC] query

When I lived in NJ, 1977/78 and 1995/96 were pretty severe as I recall.

It snowed twice this week in Dallas - that's pretty rare. It melted in less
than 8 hours in both cases though.

We set a 118 year record here in wisconsin I hear.
