[SOC] Congress

SOC has always been a bit outrageous.  After all, why else proclaim
that you're a Second Class Operator?

I'm still trying to figure out how to hold my microphone in my hand so
it sends good code.

After 43 years, I am about to throw the microphone out - it is useless
for CW - it just doesn't work.  And I paid good money for it too.

I should have bought a QLF Paddle.
