I THINK I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION. THE REAL ACTION TO THE WEB SITE IS 
THE PICTURE ON TOP JUST LEFT OF CENTER. THAT MUST BE THE SOURCE OF THE 
VOLTAGE, AT LEAST A SPARK OF INTEREST.
