[SOC] Re: a little math problem

Fred, could you explain the joke?  I tried dividing by 3 for a while,  
and it didn't get me very far.  Then I called on my SOC skills, and  
googled for software to do it for me.  But looking at the  
factorization, I don't see why I should be surprised .... ???
