Subject: PET FOOD RECALL!!!

I saw a blurb on the news last night about a pet food recall. The food is 
killing dogs and cats by kidney failure. The way they made it sound like it 
was for the "store" brand. Well, being a pet person, I checked the website 
for the recall and it involves over 49 brands of dog food and 41 brands of 
cat food! Some high end brands like Iams and Nutro. We had some here and are 
returning it tomorrow.

UPDATE

I was down at Pet Smart a while ago. The recall has been expanded BIG Time! 
Science Diet and Eukinuba have been added to the list as well as allot more 
brands. The shelves where bare! The only brands they had where Purina, Alpo 
and Pedigree. I didn't check the cat isle. They said they just got an 
updated list this afternoon. It doesn't look like they have updated the 
website yet.
