If I read the FOC rules of membership correctly, one has to wait for someone to
die before the first on the list gets handled.  So the membership is limited in
numbers as well.  That is a closed shop any way you look at it.
By the way, I have heard many FOC members who are not FC, just as there are many
A1 Op Club members who are not A1 ops...(more popularity)  Many A1 ops do not
get recognized either.

Why did I even write this email?  I have no problem with anything you said.
Oh well, FD is coming up quickly!

Still living out of the garage waiting for the doors and painters.  The floors
have been resolved.  No station set up yet.
