The BWQSOP web page says to contact kz5d at aol.com if we have
any questions. I suggest that all SOC's (thats everyone who is not a FOC)
send Art eMail asking him what time this thing starts and ends. AM/PM,
UTC, PST, ZULU for clarification. Also does 160 EME count?
