[SOC] Bill Windle QSO Party

Hi Bob and gang,

Does anyone know the starting and ending times for this event?  The First 
Class Operators' Club (FOC) web site says the Bill Windle QSO Party takes 
place on June 9, but doesn't seem to give any times.  (See the link below in 
Bob's message.)  So, either I'm living up... I mean, down to the standards 
of the SOC by being too inept to find the info, or the FOC web site is 
dropping to our level of
(in)competence!
