[SOC] Proposition 1

We could send the letter J followed by any number we damn well please, but
preferably a prime number or our SOC number if it comes to mind.  Non socs
will lthink the J is an error, but the real SOCs will recognize the secret
handshake.  Should fit right in with the anonymous secretary, or is it
imaginary secretary.
