[SOC] Proposition

I think this is silly to think we can do anything without a committee of 
authority being formed and more rules and regulations being dolled out. 
Independent thought within the amateur community is what has destroyed our 
hobby and made it one now full of wisenheimers and nanny boys.

With that said, I would like to propose we end each QSO with a hearty 430.
