heh heh,

exactly describes the mentality and thinking of this country.

they made small cars for years, we are "just catching on?"

they made fuel efficient cars (electric) and we, you guessed it, just 
catching on??. (we are now making the large "stupid useless vehicles 
(SUV) electric. whats with that??)

Europe has had tank-less hot water heaters for years, we are just now 
"catching on" ...
