I am concerned that SOC's may be getting too technical when I see numbers
being bandied about. I have enough problems remembering max forward and min
reflected, or is it.....?
Heck, I used to tune for max smoke until someone told me it wasn't a good
idea to let the smoke out.

Tom,
FWIW, as long as you have a 10:1 ratio on forward/reflected, you'll be okay.
That was all we ever checked when I was an avionics tech in the Air Force,
as that ratio relates to (give or take) a 2:1 VSWR.
I know... most of us are more purists than that, but after all, this IS a
SOC list.

Hi gang,
I'm looking for a moderately priced QRP SWR meter and was wondering if
anyone has any suggestions. I have an OHR power meter which shows forward
and reflected power, but who wants to do the math on that?
Thanks for your help and suggestions.
