[SOC] New Certificates Issued

I am not worthy of my membership in your august group of Second Class  
Operators.  I hesitate in my request for a certificate because of this.   
Somehow or another I must have gotten more than one thing correct to  
achieve SOC status.  Most esteemed Certificate Dude, may I please submit  
my request for one of your certificates?  It can be printed on paper which  
has already been used, with coffee stains, wrinkles, and staples removed.   
Please send it to me in the very cheapest way possible to remind me of my  
unworthiness.  SOC #593 was sent to me in March of 2004.  Obviously this  
was a mistake.  If you so desire you can give this number to one who  
deserves it more than me.
