Fred,
I did the same thing at Wells Fargo this past year. I tried to use my
Cabela's card instead of my Wells ATM card. The color scheme was just
like my old card. I even went into the bank to find out what the
problem was. They didn't tell me that I had handed them my Cabela's CC
instead of a Wells card, but they assumed it was a debit card and set
about trying to figure out why it didn't work. When they hannded it
back to me was when I really looked at it. They probably talked about
'the absent minded old fart' the rest of the day.
