[SOC] Welcome new SOC'ers....especially W6JK

Maybe there is a special SOC office that can be
created for Jeff. How about putting him in charge of
keeping the FAQ's up to date on how to obtain an SOC
Certificate.  'Grand Pu-Bah de FAQ's?' Seeing as how
there are no FAQ's, Jeff could see to it that the
presently existing non-existing official SOC Cert
FAQ's remain in tact, or not..
I have a headache.....
