OK Bob,

You're two steps down the trail to becoming a "SOC Fellow."  Next 
question is, "Has not receiving a SOC number hampered your life?"  If it 
has, you're automatically in.

You may be the second SOC person to ask this question (I was the first). 
  Unfortunately I can't exactly remember the answer.  Anything with 5 
digits would probably fly just fine, pick one.
