[SOC] Fwd: Certificate Requests

How truly SOC!  I managed to wrestle a dollar from a little kid at the
convenience store who was going to use it for candy, so now I have =
enough
for a certificate.  However, I have not received any information from =
any
source as to what the certificates are for, much less why I would even =
want
one.  What is this about? Should I spend the dollar on broads and booze =
or a
certificate? Will the Astros win the pennant?
