Bob,
I've had a week like that at work. A "training
session" with absolutely no logical content. I began
writing notes to myself in a pad to keep my mind off
the ideas of responding to the aural trail of illogic
I was hearing. I concentrated instead on why the PC,
the LCD projector, and even the pen writing in my hand
were all one with their environment:
"Projector - It knows no words, neither does it know
misery.
Computer - Silent, cool fan...a mindless murmur. The
path to peace.
Pen - Glides on paper, smoothly writing. No question
arises."
Try this. Concentrate on why other things are one.
