I want a cert!
It's often been hinted that I'm a second class op, but I want to prove 
it. How do I get one???
I have a dollar bill that some fool sent me in the vain hope that I'd 
send him back a card. How do I buy UK stamps with dollar bills?????
The man in the post office thought I was stoopid... A great judge of 
character. I thought that I hid my stoopidity very well.

Anyway, back to the cert....
How does someone in Wales (the little country stuck to the side of 
England that most of you guys Stateside have never heard off. The Home 
of Tom Jones, Richard Burton, Cathering Zeta jones, Anthony Hopkins, 
Shirley bassey and many others), get a cert.
Will my dollar bill cover it? the postage etc or do you want a second one?
I can't include a stamped envelope as a UK stamp won't work in the 
states. I can include an envelope though.
I asked the man in the post office for an IMO and he said 'In My Opinion 
you're stoopid'. I couldn't argue with him, so I looked at the floor and 
walked out.
I'm happy to send my bill to whoever needs it. He could print the cert, 
sign it, scan it and e-mail it to me.
I could print it off this end. By the time it's been through the 
laminator it'll be as good as the real thing.
Can whoever knows about such things let me know how to get such a well 
deserved cert?
