[SOC] SOC Certificates are arriving

When I feel a case of the FOC coming on, I head for the shack with a
case of my favorite 807's, tune up on 75 meters, crank up the California
KW and scream into the mike for a few drunken hours, complaining about
all those QRP'ers (any one running less power than me).

Well, fellow SOC'ers, I received my first confirmation that the 
certificates are arriving safely to our members.  It almost makes me 
feel like I am doing a first class job.  I may have to enter SOC rehab, 
so I do not continue down this path.  Any suggestions? I really must go 
lie down now......
