[SOC] SOC Certificates Finally On The Way (Repost)

Where to begin.....?  Well, let's start by waving a Second Class hand 
to Ian, Bob, Diz (is he still lurking about?) and everyone else on the 
list.  I have been missing in action for some time, but I am finally 
back in the saddle and the new SOC certificates are done and going out 
this week.......some of you have waited patiently for a long while, so 
I apologize for my Second Class, backwards ways.

We also have an updated logo for the SOC website.  I have sent a copy 
of the certificate and logo to the Officers for their okee doke.

Now, I have certificates going out to the following (and if you don't 
see your name here, but you DID send a request and the SASE, please 
email me directly, so I can get you taken care of):
