[SOC] Address Change for W0SOC

As you may or may not be aware, I'm in the process of moving from Gladstone, 
MO to
(note the spelling) Hutchinson, MN.  Bob N4BP and I filled out the paper 
work to move a club call
and today when I checked, low and behold the change was in qrz.com and at 
fcc.gov.

The form was forwarded to ARRL and they input the data to the FCC.  One of 
the organizations is trying to achieve member in SOC as we now show our club 
call  in HutchinGton, MN.

I've sent an e-mail to ARRL, we'll have to see how they respond.
