[SOC] Looking for a scope

Howdy,
   It was from a local place in Forest Grove, Oregon.  They get test 
equipment from the local Tech college and refurbish or simply resell 
them.  I can get you a name in a day or so but right now I do not have 
it.  They get consignments and then sell them on eBay mostly.  A friend 
checks them out in exchange for one or two items.  He got this one for me 
and my wife picked it up for me for my birthday.  The birthday was long 
ago but we finally worked out the oscilloscope with the best deal ;)
