[SOC] Looking for a scope

I currently am using a 20 MHz scope and guess its time to get a real one.

I don't really need anything fancy, just a basic run-of-the-mill 100 MHz jobbie. (By run-of-the-mill I guess I really mean "cheap"..hi)

Can anyone give me an idea of what I'm looking at, cost-wise, where I should look and if buying used a bad idea?  (Any specific model manufacturers and/or models numbers would be helpful, too)
