I had the pleasure of meeting K7UGA at the Cedar Rapids edition of the 
ARRL National Convention over twenty years ago, before I got my 
license.  Barry was a great guy with firm commitments, and if the code 
requirement gets "killed" -- he will kick a few butts as he rolls.....
