I just received a QSL request from N8EZZ for a qso he had with W0SOC
(Bob 
N4BP) during the SOC Sprint.

The reason for his nomination,  on the QSL, W0SOC received a signal
report 
of 59 for a CW qso!

By virtue of  this very SOC action, I think we should just enroll Larry,

N8EZZ as a SOC member.
