[SOC] oh wait

I could barely hear him in east Central Iowa, but he seemed to copy me fine
even with only 10 watts.
He always does. I'm somewhat compulsive about CW contests, but only in short
bursts (and they get shorter as I get older and/or drink beer). I tried
calling CQ SOC on 40m (7039 less a little), then
called an Oklahoman on 20m, but he couldn't hear me (I was running 100
watts... hello QRP, welcome to MY world). Oh, well. Back to the internet. 73
