You're right. He did want a lot of information to fulfill the requirements of both contests. I was tuned up on 40m
so worked him with 10w on 20m (14059.4). Man am I rusty. Anyone else on in this shindig? If I got crazy I could 
work elecraft contesters, but I guess I'll go look for Oklahoma and Wisconsin QSO party participants this weekend.
I understand their contests better, and I don't have to work them QRP (I'm weak enough already). Tnx for the info.
