Last year, an insane asylum in Madrid, Spain purchased a retired Boeing
747 jet and re-fitted it for use by its patients.  The former jet had
its wheels removed and the fuselage was placed in a specially prepared
foundation.
 
Actually, this was predicted in a Broadway musical number back in the
early sixties when Audrey Hepburn and George Harrison sang "Deranged in
Spain stay mainly on the plane".
