[SOC] Nomination for Membership

I did just get a recycled SOC joke from a FOCer.  But he said there were 
just crusty geezers over there who probably only read their email once a 
millenia.  At least we SOCers can be frivolous ;)  No self esteem issues 
here!  We SOC and we know it!
