Yep .... it is ..... And it's not even a well run dictatorship!

qrp-l on yahoogroups doesn't respond to subscription requests, so it
looks defunct.
qrp-l on googlegroups has about 2 or 3 members
qrp-f on googlegroups has a member

It looks like qrp-f on qrparci.org is the next best alternative.

Appears to me (and this is just my second class opinion) that Mister
QRP-L ruler of qrp-l on mailman.qth.net has the iron glove on and enjoys it.
