Interesting... I used to work with a man that was born in another country.
It was his suggestion that NONE OF THE ABOVE be placed on the ballot.  Then
if NONE OF THE ABOVE won the election, the process would start over, but
none of the above could run again for that election.
That is an interesting idea! What a mess!
