[SOC] Paul's passing

Hi all,

As you yet know now, Paul Bartlett is SK.
I have done an unsub a few minutes ago from the SOC Mailing List, the sadest
ever done since I am managering this List (since its creation back in 2000, in
fact :/ )

Our next SOC QSO should be made in Paul's memory.
