S&P.  Tried CQing for 3 minutes each on 3 occasions -- with no result.  5
watts doesn't raise much attention.

For what it is worth, did not work or hear another Q precedence.

Possibly so, if you CQ with enough authority for them to respond.  But if
you consider this sample largely "big guns," then look at the distribution
of big guns.

This was another club station with CK of 24.   Moderately surprised there
was nothing from there until post-WWII.
