Damn! This time a spate of mail asked and answered before delivery here.

Easy, if you kept the local classical music station on radio at work for
several decades. Impossible otherwise. On the other hand, if you knew the
answer as an opera buff, then you would probably be listening to the radio
anyway.

Yup, but would have missed the year by 5.
Okay, here's one.
Name all the Gilbert & Sullivan operettas without referring to web. Not sure
I can still do this meself.
As for weather, rather consistent high of 33 C for past few days with
extremely high humidity and daily shower. If you mark temp in Fahrenheit,
the humidity and temp are not far different. Makes us look forward to
August, eh? :-0
Sweating bastard.
PS
The big 5
HMS Pinafore
Pirates of Penzance
The Gondoliers
Mikado
Yeomen of the Guard.
Now the fun, certain to miss something
Cox and Box (think Sullivan only and simply included in some groups'
repertoire)
Trial By Jury
Ruddigore
Iolanthe
The Sorcerer
Princess Ida
Patience
The Grand Duke
