Yes, it took me many years to reconcile the position Pat held [I was robbed] to
reality. Indeed I personally now believe Pat was good, Richie was just that
touch better.

That's life but we'll never know.

Did you know that my nephew [by marriage] is Jeff Thomson's brother?

Jeff is my all time favourite and the marriage has bugger all to do with that.
He is just Australia's best all time bowler.

On TV recently, Jeff said he could literally smell the fear in batsmen when he
was bowling.

Fact or Fiction I don't know.

I can truthfully say, I've hit him for six, when I whacked a tennis ball over
the fence at the wedding of his brother.

OK it's a cheap victory on my part.

Good fellow. Like his brother Don, revered both my parents when alive, as well
as their own parents [this is long ago].

Actually, my life has been quite amazing.
