Heh! Just as I sent that, the mailman arrived with a surprise.

Our ABC - Radio sent me a nice prize for winning a competition yesterday morning.
A nice double CD pack.

Each day they play a small portion of the previous days interview and listeners
get the opportunity to phone in, identify the person, give their title/occupation
where applicable and briefly outline the thrust of what they were saying.

Yesterday's piece was from Hon. Peter Andren, Independent Member of Federal
Parliament who was dropping buckets from great heights on a government member who
has abused her travel entitlements.

Instead of taking along her husband on a taxpayer funded overseas trip, she took
along some casual fellow she picked up. Apparently she was infatuated with him and
thought this was a good way to impress him. Heh!, he's also somehow involved in a
murder enquiry.

Didn't know she was that easy? I'd have volunteered.
