[SOC] Air Force radios jams garage doors

Ah, another set of Part 15 devices that can't take the heat. I suppose 
our great hope here is that BPL similarly makes garage door openers go 
bonkers. THAT will get the FCC's attention!

PS. Sorry about the Olympics thing -- Chris didn't mention if it was the 
Winter or Summer Games, and I've lost track of which is held when since 
they split them up.
