Well I noted the advantages you pointed out mate and then I remembered some
"Glowbugs List" postings I have seen in recent months.

"Glowbugs List" has postings comparable with the old days of QRP-L in terms of
numbers.

The thrust of these recent posts was a curse on FCC and others, ARRL in
particular, [from memory] for allowing anything to be transmitted over power
lines.

GPL springs immediately to mind but of course I could be wrong as is always the
case.
