[SOC] IQ vs politics

Thinking about this rather startling correlation of IQ and political
preference, I wonder if it isn't actually telling us something about
minority populations?   The standard IQ tests are biassed against
minorities (through the school systems, at least), so their scores
are lower, and racial minorities tend to vote Dem.   If those results 
were re-tabulated by racial minority % vs voting patterns, perhaps it 
would be just as impressive.
