Yes, John, I will have to agree with you. I think that Tom Baker was the 
best Dr. Who.  Of course he was the one that I saw most. The first one, the 
old one, I only saw in a few episodes. The 3rd one, the one that replaced 
Tom, just didn't 'have it' to me.

This question is kind of like asking "Who was the best James Bond?"

There is probably as many answers as there are viewers.
