[SOC] Attention SOC'ers

TO ALL SOC'ers:

Well, allow me to begin by apologizing profusely to ALL SOC members who have 
sent money for certificates.   Situations around the home have dictated that I 
be absent for a while, but I will be working to redesign this certificate and 
I will be sending them out.

I plan to have this design done by the end of this month and have them sent 
to the recipients, no later than mid to late April.   If you have sent money 
for the certificate, please take a moment to drop me an email at w8erv65@aol.com 
and verify this with me.

Again, my sincere apologies for the lengthy delay.   We had sent out many of 
these immediately, but for those of you who have waited for over a year, I can 
only say I am sorry.   I hope this will make some of you happy, since I have 
been AWOL for so long......no excuses.

Please, no more requests for SOC Certificates until I get this batch sent 
off.   I owe these folks that much.
