[SOC] SOC Sprint software

I see N3FJP's QRP-ARCI contest software will work for SOC as well: the 
exchange is the same and so is the scoring - except for the SOC 1.5 homebrew 
paddle multiplier, an easy correction in the final log.  N3FJP contest 
software is my favorite because of its simplicity of setup & use and its low 
cost.
