[SOC] Chilies!!!!!

We get lots of chilis here in the KC area.  Some of my co-workers
deliberately assault their oral cavities once a week with the hottest
salsas they can find, on Whoo Hoo Wednesdays.  It's hard to find
sopapillas unless you go to the West Side.  Even then, they're hard to
find.

Time to load up the freezer! It's true about the chilies being
addictive,
they have run studies here at NMSU and there is an ingredient that makes
them mildly addictive. I know that when I don't have them for a few
weeks,
I crave them.
