[SOC] Chilies!!!!!

The United States (most especially the Southwest) has chilies.  Hot, hot, 
hot.  After you have lived in New Mexico you can't live too long without 
the taste of green chilies.  Their tortillas are the best I have ever 
tasted but the green chilies are worth driving through the desert sun to 
buy a 50 pound bag.  Roast them and eat them.  Yumm!!  The habaneros are 
pretty good too if you like things a little bit spicier.  Some folks don't 
like them because they are slightly hotter than your normal mild sauce but 
they do add a certain piquance that is desirable at times.  If the weather 
is a bit over 100 degrees and the humidity is nearing 100% you will find 
chilies, the hotter the better, make you feel that much cooler.
