I was throwing away some spam today (150 out of 157 messages) and came
across one that I thought (at first) might have been from a friend.  

It turned out to be an advertisement for some sort of pseudo-medical
garbage of a type no friend would send, but with a bunch of disjointed junk
at the bottom that's truly weird.  Perhaps you can decipher it and let us
know what it's all about.  Now awaiting suggestions. 

Gee, I hope this isn't some dreadful sort of virus and maybe I've
contaminated everyone.  Nahh... only someone really second-class would do
that.  Oh, wait....
