      (OK, it has to be used for business but there are ways

      Ah, but to be fair, you get a monstrous $1,500 tax deduction 
      for buying a gas-electric hybrid - wheeee!   But in Nebraska,
      they make you pay $75/yr if you have a hybrid - they get less
      income from gas taxes...    Soon, they'll start charging non-
      smokers extra because we don't pay tobacco taxes...
