That "Secret Report" is a lot of bunk. If you check some history you will
see that 
the described condition was the way things were before British Ils were 
habitated. The worlds glaciers have been melting for thousands of years
and if its true that a turn around is going to happen, then that is whats

known as a CYCLE which is what the world's weather does.
