[SOC] Update of the Update

This has gone across so many lists [including private] by me, I don't quiet
know where I am and whom I should keep up to date.

My recent history of severe "sciatic nerve" problems and the consequent pain
has now been ameliorated by my "sports physio".

Cutting a very long story short, I feel magnificent after 3+ weeks of treatment
by an Australian "Sports Physio".

I've gone from a grovelling, crawl across the floor person, in great pain, to a
person standing "tall and resolute" for the first time in 15 years.

Yeah, for competent Physio's

Just thought you might be wondering about this "magic"
