You'll be "sweet" mate. Back in no time.
AND
You won't believe how good you'll feel.

Back's improving under "physio". Root cause?
Would you believe I was born with a slightly shorter left leg than the right.
They did some tests etc. All my life my spine has tried to make small
compensations with consequent wear, tear and deterioration. After 62 years, the
sciatic nerve got pinched up. A muscle across my lower back through which the
nerve passes latched up as well [I always thought it was a bad hip].
Part cure? Physio has me lying face down, bends left leg right back while he
drives his elbow into my left buttock for 20 seconds. Believe me that's a
looong time while you're in excruciating pain. Repeat again after 5 minutes.
Bloody works though. Whole 2 hours of physio yesterday, feeling much, much
better.
Now I put two pads into my left shoe.
Thanks for all the words of encouragement.
